Description:
(H) GW5 outdoor high-voltage isolating switch is used for outdoor high-voltage electrical equipment with three-phase AC 50Hz, for the line to be divided under voltage and no load.
And the electrical isolation of the high-voltage busbars, circuit breakers and other electrical equipment and the charged high-voltage lines can also be used to open and close small capacitors or inductor currents.
An insulation distance that meets safety requirements is provided when the knife is in the normal opening position. Widely used in 35-110kV substation.
Features:
1. Each isolation switch monopole consists of a base, two post insulators, a terminal block, left and right contact assemblies, grounding knives, etc
2. The shaft connection is adopted between the finger and the finger base, and the copper soft connection is used between the terminal board and the contact rod, so that the main circuit resistance of the product is greatly reduced
3. The two pillar insulators are “V” type arrangement installed on the same base, which has small footprint and reduces the advantages of installing metal frame
4. Using rolling shaft drive, labor-saving operation, flexible rotation, open and close
5. Rotate through the bevel gear to ensure the consistent opening and closing of the two columns
6. The two pillars have an angle of intersection of 50 degrees and a rotation angle of 90 degrees. After the gate is opened, there is a sufficient amount of insulation isolation fracture to ensure its safety
7. The operating mechanism drives the base arm and the pull rod to synchronously rotate the two post insulators to realize the opening and closing operation
8. The product has three modes: ungrounded, single grounded, and double grounded. There is a reliable mechanical interlock between the spindle and the ground to ensure its safety
9. With CJ2 white motion mechanism or CS-17G manual mechanism, it can be attached with the positioning device on the electromagnetic lock operating mechanism to ensure that the contact and the static contact are in the correct contact position or breaking position
