1.Contact performance: The contact surface between the clamp and the wire is large, the clamping force is constant, and the DC resistance ratio is between 0.85 ~ 0.9

7.Low contact resistance, good thermal cycling performance, strong overload capacity, excellent power saving, convenient installation, maintenance-free, zero failure, long life and other excellent quality. In the selection, only one connection is required for either the power transmission line or the power distribution line.
C Clamp installation:Type C clamp is a non-load-bearing connection fitting. It can only be used for the connection and jumper of the wire. Can be aluminum-aluminum, copper-aluminum, copper-copper, copper-iron, aluminum-iron connection. No copper-clad tape is required for installation, and the operation is simple.
1. Determine the type of clamp according to the type of conductor and the size of the main and branch conductors. Please carefully check whether the type and size of the conductor are consistent with those indicated on the clamp. For example, the main wire is steel core aluminum stranded wire LGJ-240, the branch wire is overhead insulated wire JKLYJ-185, and the clamp type should be C-13, which is consistent with one of the wires marked on the clamp: LGJ240 to JKLYJ185.
2. Put the wire into the clamp slot, adjust the positions of the main and branch wires, the female wedge quickly corresponds to the large (main) wire, and the inner mold quickly corresponds to the small (branch) wire. Insert the bolt from the back of the clamp and adjust it. In the middle position of the wedge, twist the nut with a wrench and flatten the hinge block.
Note: After the installation is completed, be sure to determine whether the module is flattened and whether the wires are compacted.
3. Disassembly: Loosen the nut and arch the module upward.
