Description:
The cross-section parallel groove clamp is suitable for the non-bearing connection and branch of the overhead power line. It has the characteristics of convenient and flexible installation and large wire diagram. JBTL series copper and aluminum cross-section clamps are used for friction welding or fiber brazing. The insulating cover is used together with the wire clamp to prevent the protection.
Insulating Cover Features:
1.Power frequency withstand voltage: = 4kV for 1 minute without breakdown, no flashover;
2.Insulation resistance: >1.0×1014Ω
3.Ambient temperature: -300C~900C
4.Weather resistance: good performance after 1008 hours of artificial weathering test
5.This insulation cover is suitable for overhead power lines of 10kV and below.

1. J-connecting tube; Y-round; the number indicates the nominal area of the applicable wire, the additional letter YL indicates the weather-resistant insulated cable;
2. When using low voltage 1kV, the complete set includes aluminum tube, 1kV heat shrinkable tube, and one piece of hot melt adhesive. When using high voltage 10kV, the full set includes aluminum tube, 10kV heat shrinkable tube, 10kV stress tube, hot melt adhesive 1 each.
3. According to the needs of users, it can also be used in combination with cold shrink tubes, which is more convenient to install.
