Application:
The anti-vibration damper is installed on aluminum stranded wire, aluminum alloy stranded wire, steel core aluminum stranded wire and steel core aluminum alloy stranded wire, wire located near the insulator string and suspended/stretched ground wire.
The anti-vibration damper consumes the wind energy injected into the wire through resonance, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the vibration of the wire and protecting the wire. The anti-vibration damper must match the wire, otherwise the anti-vibration damper will cause damage to the wire or damage itself.
In order to achieve the best results of the anti-vibration damper, the following must be done:
1. choose the appropriate anti-vibration damper model
2. install the anti-vibration damper in the correct position
3. Install the necessary number of anti-vibration dampers
Installation
1. Pass the skein as a whole through the clamp (ie the mounting clamp in the figure below) so that the clamp is in the middle of the pre-twisted wire.
2. Align the clamps with the mounting position on the wires, and wrap the pre-twisted wires at the left and right ends evenly and naturally around the wires.
