Component:

Casing: Each distribution line is equipped with a bushing. The bushing should be placed on the wire before installation.

Marking tape: indicate the product number, nominal size

Color mark: used to distinguish the applicable wire diameter range

Insulator identification mark: Determine the model of the correct insulator by color code according to the data in the product sample.

Length: Corresponds to the table information in the product sample, and the length of the applicable wire diameter can also be distinguished by the length.

Application:

A distribution line tie made of aluminum clad steel is used to secure the package wires in the top slot of the pin insulator. Compared with top clip insulators or hand-bonded wires, the power distribution line tie wires are more effective.

Features:

1.Compared with the manual line tie wire, the power distribution wire has a better effect of fixing the wire. The design of the distribution tie line allows the unbroken wire to produce a controlled degree of controlled motion and, under certain conditions, return the wire to its original position. The ability of the tie line to yield and recover under different load conditions is called “rebound elasticity”, and each tie line has this characteristic;

2.Strong material: The binding wire is made of aluminum-clad steel or aluminum alloy wire, and the material strength is much higher than the hand-bonded wire of soft aluminum;

3.The distribution tie wire and the insulator are closely matched to resist the upward load and prevent the wire from jumping off the insulator;

4.For impact loads: The elastic tie line acts like an impact load absorber, which reduces the load and holds the wire safely. For various vibration situations, low frequency swinging, high frequency wind blowing vibration and swing, the binding line will not loosen and will not cause wire wear;

5.Strong consistency: precise design makes the binding line easy to install correctly. The pre-forming technology in the factory makes the binding line closely match the wire and insulator, which has strong consistency;

6.Radio interference: The radio interference voltage (RIV) characteristics of the distribution straps are the same as the corresponding good hand straps RIV. During use, the pre-twisted tie line is always well matched, and its RIV characteristics are better than the RIV characteristics of the loose tie line;

7.Double support: On the double cross arm structure, when the wire crosses the road, the double support wire at the turn of the railway or wire can securely fix the wire at the top of the insulator;

8.Line angle:

a. General guidelines. On vertically mounted insulators, the distribution tie line usually allows line angles below 10o. When the insulator is mounted on an inclined plane at an angle to the vertical direction, a larger angle is allowed, depending on The actual slope of the insulator, the use of side tie lines and distribution tie lines on the same structure will also affect the allowable line angle of the structure;

b. Under normal circumstances, the wire should be located in the insulator slot. The maximum actual line angle allowed by the wire is related to various limiting factors, such as wire size, tension, span, sag angle, insulator type and direction. Instructions for use: We have provided a technical report on the various line angles allowed by the distribution tie line. The line angle is a function of the insulator bevel;

Shock-proof whip: The use of a bushing distribution tie can prevent the wire from fatigue during wear and shorten the life. However, experience has shown that shock absorbers (SSVD) should be used for long-term vibrations that may cause wire fatigue, causing fretting of internal lines, or damage to the glaze of the insulator;

The definition of the degree of vibration is given below, and the application of these principles should be based on field experience;

“Excessive” vibration: When the visual inspection reveals that about half of the diameter of the protective wire monofilament has been worn, the degree of wear is required to replace the manual binding line and the guard line at the same time. Or if the fatigue phenomenon is found under the online folder, the protection line should be replaced;

“Medium” vibration: no need to replace the manual binding line and the wear angle is slight, the casing with the distribution wire can protect the “medium” vibration wire;

Lap: Compared to the use of protective lines, it is not recommended to directly install the clamps on the legs of the distribution tie. The use of a clamp is a replacement method for live tapping;
